Wholesale & Corporate Gifting Orders:

  • Wholesale and Corporate Gifting items are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.
  • Since these products are customized and made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances.
  • Any issues with such orders must be reported immediately upon delivery for resolution.

Refund Process:

  2. Provide clear images of the product for verification.
  3. Once approved, a refund or replacement will be initiated as per our policy.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Wholesale and Corporate Gifting orders.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
  • Orders placed under final sale or clearance.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original payment method and may take 7 business days to reflect.
